Bask in the morning sun as our three majestic Clydesdales take you on a peaceful one hour journey to the picturesque Hawkesbury River.
On-board the carriage you will enjoy fresh fruit salad with yoghurt for starters followed by a hot breakfast platter, fruit juice and piping hot tea or coffee from 'Gloria Jeans' on return.
Indulge all sensory pleasures as you enjoy this ultimate dining experience. This exquisite 3 hour journey commences at the Sebel Resort & Spa with pre-dinner drinks and canapés within the Barracks Bar. Make your selection from the extensive A La Carte menu prior to boarding your carriage for a truly unique and intimate dining experience to remember always.
Your evening also includes sumptuous Entree, Main and Dessert, Cheese/Port, Tea/Coffee, Champagne, Wine & Premium Beer served throughout the journey on-board.
Experience the atmosphere of historical Windsor by night as your on-board Host provides light commentary of days gone by. Throughout the journey you are invited to disembark at several points of interest to explore some of our nation’s oldest & finest buildings by moonlight, including Windsor Court House (c1822), St Matthew’s Church (c1820) and surrounding Cemetery.

This 1.5 hour journey includes starters, mains, dessert, tea or coffee (from Gloria Jeans Coffee House on return) and beer/wine/soft drink & juice throughout the event.

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink on arrival at the Resort prior to boarding your carriage and watch the sun slowly set behind the picturesque Blue Mountains as you sip on champagne, served with style!
